Return and cancellation

Cancellations

All orders are processed immediately, and therefore, we do not offer cancellations for any purchases. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are ordering the correct items, and we cannot be held liable for any errors or mistakes made by the customer in this regard.

Returns

We want our customers to have full confidence in their purchases, which is why we provide a hassle-free 14-day refund guarantee. To initiate a return, kindly forward your order confirmation email to info@thecolognecollection.com with the subject line "refund," along with your order number, and one of our customer support agents will assist you promptly.

Returns are only available for customers based in The Netherlands. International orders are not eligible for returns due to the requirement for special licenses to ship flammable goods by air.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• We reserve the right to refuse excessive exchanges and returns.
• Drop-off returns are not accepted at our warehouse or corporate office.
• Customers are responsible for covering all postage fees for returns.
• Refunds will reflect the value of the contents and will not include the original shipping fee or insurance.

Refunding your purchase

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned order, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that this process typically takes a few days to be completed by banks.

If you have not received your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. We will gladly investigate the matter for you. Additionally, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary depending on the institution.
